Requirements

Coordinators have a strong skill set in content creation and can juggle creating content for multiple units at the same time.

These include the ability to edit high-quality audio and video using a combination of hardware and software.

They also bring other peripheral skill sets such as the ability to manage and build E-Commerce environments, use multiple forms of editing software to create cutting-edge content, and other cloud-based platforms to aggregate feedback.

Coordinators are expected to understand standard Social Media KPIs and Metrics and send weekly reports to Dana’s National Lead on Social Media and Engagement.

They are also expected to be able to account for these metrics, provide context around them, and grow them over time.

Alongside content creation, this role provides general marketing support which includes engaging with customers and collecting feedback for operational improvements.

Responsibilities

These often include, but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & Snapchat for multiple units and often different verticals (Retail vs Higher Ed).

In addition to social media and marketing duties, this role plays a key part in supporting on-site catering operations and event execution.

A strong sense of organization, customer service, and hands-on involvement in hospitality-focused experiences is essential.
