Senior Associate, Partner Network Operations

Experience: 4–6 years of experience in operations, program management, or technical account management, including experience leading teams or managing external vendors.

Systems Proficiency: Strong experience using and optimizing CRM/Salesforce for business reporting and workflow automation.

Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to present project updates and operational roadmaps to functional leads.

Industry Knowledge (Plus): Experience in Multifamily Housing, PropTech, or FinTech, particularly in Partner Operations or Technical Account Management.

, you will lead the execution and continuous improvement of our Partner Network (PN) onboarding operations. You will manage a team focused on the end-to-end partner onboarding lifecycle, technical implementation support, and data integrity.

In this role, you will be a key driver of operational efficiency—balancing team management with hands-on project leadership. You will partner closely with Revenue Operations and Core Sales to ensure our partner network scales effectively while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and process excellence.
