To join our team

:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or related field (Master's an asset)

5 years of professional experience, including 3+ years in data analytics, BI and process automation

Experience in continuous improvement or process transformation (asset)

Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SQL and Python

Responsibilities

What you're responsible for

:

Collect, clean and analyze data to identify patterns, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Conduct root-cause analyses and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders

Produce structured Excel reports with documented methodologies and reproducible appendices

Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT to deploy workflows and data integration solutions
