Responsibilities
The Senior Director of Business Applications is a strategic leadership role focused on the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise applications that power critical revenue-generating process segments:
for channel (route-to-market) and consumer.
Reporting directly to the VP of Business Systems Group, this leader will own application architecture and drive intelligent automation using agentic AI to transform these processes for better customer experience, greater speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Define and evolve the target-state architecture (platforms, data flows, and integrations) that supports seamless execution of these process segments at global scale.
Lead the selection, implementation, integration, and continuous optimization of business applications that enable Market-to-Lead (campaigns, lead generation, scoring), Lead-to-Order (configuration, pricing, quoting, order management), and Contact-to-Resolution (customer experience, case management, service).
Architect and deliver robust, scalable integrations between CRM, CPQ, order management, service platforms, and supporting systems to ensure end-to-end process visibility and automation.
About the Company
WD is building the infrastructure behind the AI-driven data economy.
As AI scales, so does data. Every interaction, every model, every system generates data that must be stored, managed, and made accessible over time. That’s where we come in.
We combine deep engineering expertise with global-scale manufacturing to deliver the storage systems that make AI possible, powering hyperscale data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure worldwide.
This isn’t theoretical work. It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.
We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.
Join us and let’s shape the future of data.
