Custodian Supervisor 1

One (1) year of experience as a Custodian Lead

or Hospital Custodian Lead.

Demonstrated commitment to build and maintain a strong team and customer service-oriented organization.

Experience inspecting buildings to determine cleaning needs and analyzing workloads.

Experience supervising custodial staff in a large institution

Our department delivers custodial services to the UW campus that provides exceptionally clean and sanitary environments for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Reporting to the Custodial Manager, the Custodian Supervisor 1 is responsible for performing all custodial duties as required to provide clean and sanitary spaces.

Determine staffing needs of assigned buildings; analyze workloads and assign work to employees;

Assign building keys to custodial staff and maintain key security;

Maintain compliance with applicable policies and procedures;

Inspect buildings to determine cleaning needs and job assignments;
