Community Associate: Casablanca

2–4 years of experience in community management, events, operations, or similar roles

Strong organizational and execution skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Experience organizing events or community activities (online and/or offline)

Strong communication skills (French & English required)

Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences (learners, alumni, partners)

As a Community Associate, you will support the execution of ALX Morocco’s community strategy across both learners and alumni.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality community experiences, supporting engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth execution of programs, events, and communication across the community.

Working closely with the Community Lead, you will help operationalize community plans, monitor engagement, and maintain strong relationships with learners and alumni.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and the ability to execute consistently in a dynamic environment.
