Responsibilities

Welcome to the Suites of Someren Glen!

We’re seeking a Colorado-licensed Practical Nurse who believes great care is more than tasks—it’s relationship, dignity, and helping older adults

thrive

in community. In this role, you’ll organize, direct, and implement resident care in alignment with company standards and all State and Federal regulations, while modeling a culture of citizenship: showing up for one another, taking ownership, and contributing to a connected, supportive home.

If you’re energized by person-centered care, steady clinical practice, and being part of a team that treats residents as neighbors—not “patients”—we’d love to meet you.
