Ability to use code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc.

Software development experience with Java, C++, or similar

Modern web development experience, including application of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and various JS frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.JS.

Learn about TGCS product offerings and how they are sold, fulfilled, warrantied and serviced.

Review systems databases in Warranty, Service, Support, and Sales.

Assess data integrity and determine the data that can be used to generate KPI’s at the product-level.

Assist in the formulation of the KPI’s.

Participate in the design, development, implementation, and testing of automated dashboards that the Product Teams can use to track their KPI’s and drive actionable insights (product views, customer views, geography views, etc…)
