Responsibilities

Independently perform complex troubleshooting and repairs while working within the established procedures (training provided).

Instruct customers and staff in applications and operations of the equipment (training provided).

Submit timely and accurate service reports, timesheets, expense reports, and other paperwork as required.

Self-manage, ensuring workload is managed to meet the needs of customers in a timely manner.
