Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
7–10+ years of experience in leadership development, OD, or Talent Management.
Demonstrated success leading leadership programs with measurable business impact.
Advanced facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight-driven development strategies.
Expert knowledge of leadership models, adult learning, and organizational development practices.

Responsibilities
The Senior Leadership Development Specialist is an advanced individual contributor responsible for designing, leading, and evaluating leadership development initiatives. This role partners with People & Organization (HR), Talent Management, and executive leaders to strengthen leadership capability across all levels of the organization. The Senior Specialist serves as a strategic advisor, leading complex development projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring leadership programs drive measurable organizational impact.
Design advanced leadership curricula for frontline supervisors, mid-level leaders, and senior leaders.
Lead end-to-end development of strategic leadership pathways including workshops, e-learning, coaching, and stretch assignments.
Develop and refine content on executive-level leadership competencies (strategic execution, systems thinking, organizational influence, change leadership, culture building).
Facilitate high-impact leadership workshops and executive development sessions.
