Requirements
As an APP with Imagine Pediatrics, you influence and ensure the best clinical care for your patients.
You leverage an integrated technology platform and are complimented by an entire interdisciplinary team including registered nurses, navigators, dietitians, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists.
Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients
– Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination.
– Work with pediatricians, nurses, pharmacist, dietitian and social workers to provide wrap-around care in a virtual-first model.
– Educate and support parents to navigate their child’s health journey with confidence, ensuring long term health success.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this role starts at $115,000 in addition to annual bonus and competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
