Mobile Engineering Manager - Sensing Discovery

Minimum of 5+ years experience in software engineering, of which 2+ years were as a manager of software engineers.

Experience managing Android and/or iOS engineers.

Experience with agentic coding and AI development workflows.

Experience shipping consumer-facing mobile applications and/or the systems that power them.

Able to drive cross-functional projects from inception to product launch.

8+ years experience in software engineering, of which 4+ years were as a manager of software engineers.

You will be instrumental in helping the team deliver new mobile app features and projects, as well as maintain the health and quality of existing features.

Manage a team of Android and iOS engineers as they design, build, ship, and maintain Oura app features.

Oversee and manage the development and delivery of highly technical cross-functional projects, while collaborating closely with engineering teams and colleagues in the EU.

Contribute to the planning and scoping of critical projects and own the execution and delivery of engineering efforts.

Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Design, Science, Research, Data Science, Regulatory, Marketing and other teams across our global organization.
