Senior Analytics Engagement Manager

Strong expertise working with SQL (Databricks preferred, SQL Server, Snowflake)

2+ years of demonstrated experience in technical RWD/RWE Analytics roles, or similar healthcare-adjacent data experiences

2+ years in a client-facing role as a CSM, Account Executive, Consultant, or Solutions Engineer capacity.

Expertise working with medical claim coding terminology (DRG, ICD, HCPCS/CPT, NDC).

Strong understanding of the data needs required to bring a new drug, therapy, or medical device to market.

Experience working with data visualization and explaining the “so what?” to clients.

The salary range for this position is $127,000– $150,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan.
