Requirements
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess legal expertise, practice-area experience, career progression, and cultural fit

Track and manage requisitions through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate recruiting data
Minimum of 5 years of legal recruiting experience, with demonstrated success recruiting attorneys and legal support staff
