Population Health Operations Manager supervises and supports Operational Consultants to implement and optimize systems, tools, and workflows that support practice success in both operational value based care areas.

Lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, and partner experience

Partner with Salesforce administrators and technical teams to optimize platform functionality and automate manual processes
