Recruiter, Talent Acquisition

5+ years of lateral recruiting experience in financial services with a mixture of inhouse and agency experience preferred

An understanding of key terminology, programming languages and business acumen across the quant space

Experience running a process from start to finish acting as a trusted advisor throughout

Experience recruiting in international markets (Latam, EMEA for example)

We leverage both internal and external portfolio manager teams around the world, seeking to capitalize on inefficiencies and opportunities within the markets.

This role will work closely across multiple different teams to execute on the firm’s talent acquisition strategy and will have a strong emphasis on managing roles across the front office landscape including Quants, Strategists, Risk and Technology.

You will partner with the business to run the entire recruiting process, providing support and expertise to the teams you are working with.

You will utilize and grow your network, identify high quality candidates, provide key search updates and continuously offer guidance as searches evolve.
