3 yrs + experience in an HR position (HR specialist, HR generalist, HR coordinator.)

Compliance experience including state reporting as well as government reporting required.

College degree required, SHRM certification preferred

Process development and implementation experience.

Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.

Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support to our:

Greensboro, NC office.

Irvine, CA office.

Quick Release office (our sister company).

Responsible for compliance, reporting and overall employee support including the HR ticketing system for ALTEN. This includes AAP, EEO, CA Pay Data, VETS, etc.

Ensure compliance with general state laws.
