The Bilingual Spanish Peer Support Specialist provides individualized, recovery-oriented support services to consumers using lived experience to build trust and promote self-determination.

This role supports clients in achieving recovery goals through mentoring, advocacy, and community-based services while collaborating with the treatment team to enhance client outcomes.

\u2022 Provide mentoring, encouragement, and peer support to consumers in community and program settings

\u2022 Transport clients as needed to support community engagement (use of personal vehicle required)

\u2022 Provide advocacy, coordination, and individualized side-by-side support

\u2022 Collaborate with team members to support treatment goals and provide insight from lived experience
