Requirements

Prior experience in material planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics in a similar industry

Experience with engines, generators, gas compression equipment, or comparable industrial machinery used in field installation, commissioning, or maintenance environment

Experienced with using ERP systems for material tracking and planning, Oracle desired

Understanding of rotating equipment fundamentals, including components, spare parts, packaging, and material requirements

Strong understanding of how supply chain processes interconnect and impact project execution

Knowledge of inventory control, material planning, and fulfillment processes

Responsibilities

The Project Delivery Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials and spare parts to support project execution and installation activities.

This position focuses on logistics and inventory management, working closely with internal and external teams to maintain material readiness and quality standards.

The role requires strong understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and back-office coordination to connect all elements of material planning and fulfillment.

Oversee material planning and fulfillment to ensure spare parts and components are available for project installation on site

Manage inventory control, receiving, and storage at customer locations and ensure readiness for final installation

Coordinate with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packagers, and customers to maintain smooth material flow
