Responsibilities

The Payment Research Representative is responsible for proper handling and reconciliation of payments received throughout the Jefferson Revenue Cycle Enterprise.

Working closely with Payment Representatives, Accounting and Finance, the Payment Research Rep will investigate and resolve issues impacting cash processing and reconciliation.
