Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for strategic clients using Ebury Connect, building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at increasing revenue from clients within your portfolio (upsell and cross-sell).
Conduct regular performance review and follow-up meetings with clients.
Ensure completeness and excellence in operational processes related to the accounts under your management.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Product, and Technology) on actions aimed at resolving incidents and implementing improvements.
Collect client feedback regarding Ebury Connect products and identify opportunities for operational and product optimization.
