Responsibilities

The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for supporting the design, administration and communication of employee benefits, HR operations and recognition programs. This role partners closely with HR Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance and business leaders to ensure our total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Total Rewards Specialist serves as a subject matter expert in employee benefits practices, bringing empathy and analytical review to drive firm decisions.

Manage administration of employee benefits programs

Partners with internal and external partners on plan renewals, compliance requirements and communications.

Analyze utilization data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and cost-effectiveness.
