Business Analyst - Bilingual (English/Korean)

Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken): Ability to communicate seamlessly in a business environment.

Bachelor's degree or higher (Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred).

Experience in Project Management or a similar field: Possessing broad and general experience across various industries or functional areas, with a strong desire to develop project management capabilities.

Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse stakeholders.

Meticulousness and analytical thinking in cost and schedule management.

Oversee the detailed planning, execution strategy development, and progress of projects

Resource Management:

Ensure adherence to project quality standards, identify potential risks proactively, and develop/implement mitigation strategies.

Undertake short-term and long-term domestic and international travel for project progress and partner/client meetings as required.
