Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred, and/or minimum of five (5) years\u2019 experience working in a marketing capacity.

Three (3) + years as a project manager or traffic manager within a large corporation or advertising agency

Experience using project management tools (i.e. Workfront, Trello, Asana, or similar).

Experience with excellent organizational, planning, project, and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously, within established deadlines.

Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Onedrive)

Responsible for ensuring that all creative services collateral and work from internal clients flows efficiently to creative teams (graphics, video, photography, communications). Manages project team members to ensure tasks and projects meet deadlines, handles the logistics and keeps all parties updated on their progress. Main objective is to assure projects runs smoothly and both the client who requested the project and the professionals who did the work are satisfied with the end result. This position ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company\u2019s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $88,000 and $121,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.\u00A0
