Onsite Nurse Practitioner

You hold a current and unrestricted license and/or certification that is required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs.

$139,000

to

$174,000

5% Annual Bonus

$2,000 continuing education stipend

Complete thorough patient intakes, screenings, and assessments that incorporate the unique characteristics and needs of each patient and family member into the plan of care.

Triage referrals for acute needs to other members of the Cortica team

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team members to coordinate compendium of care for each patient.

Utilize the nursing process, scientific reasoning and critical problem solving to practice within the scope of responsibilities as defined by the State Board of Nursing including placing orders and screening tests in in accordance with approved protocol(s) and guidelines.

Provide ongoing education to families enrolled in our medical program on a diverse set of well-delineated topics including what it means to have an autism label, how to help you child sleep, pill-swallowing, sexuality, navigating the school system and much more.

Provide nutrition evaluation and dietary support in concert with our speech and occupational therapy team.  Our program is based on the SOS feeding approach and Cortica’s nutrition framework.
