Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance , including functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms and environments
Experience writing and executing SQL queries for data validation
Proficiency in Jira for defect tracking and Agile project management
Experience working with Confluence for documentation and collaboration
In-depth knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our IT team. Reporting to the Manager, Development, this individual will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements to create functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms and environments.
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple platforms and environments
Utilize SQL to create, execute, and validate data-driven test scenarios and verify back-end processes
Track and manage defects using Jira or similar tools, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
