Multi Mission Program Manager

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

Aerospace or high-complexity manufacturing experience.

Lead the complete delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives involving manufacturing, supply chain, and program teams.

Translate operational strategy into executable plans with clear achievements, owners, and dependencies.

Drive schedule integrity by identifying risks, resolving constraints, and ensuring alignment across all collaborators.

Facilitate decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership.

Drive accountability across teams through structured follow-up and addressing blocking issues when needed.

Support CapEx planning and operational readiness initiatives tied to production scaling.
