Requirements

Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment including calipers, micrometers, indicators, surface plate techniques, air gage, go/no go gages, and other mechanical inspection equipment

Displays a high moral and business code of conduct

Respectful of peers, subordinates, and supervisors

Responsibilities

Perform basic mechanical inspection of parts

Compile and maintain inspection records

Receive customer’s returns (RMA) in the ERP system.

Perform inventory material transactions in the ERP system.

Execute diverse tasks including inventory material transfers, coordination with the regional Customer Care teams (US, EMEA and Japan), and provide information of RMA’s status.

Review and prepare RMA repairs or replacements for shipping to customers.
