Community Details

Nestled in the heart of Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, Windsor is a lively small town with a historic downtown area – perfect for lingering – and an appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounds it. Known as the birthplace of ice hockey and home to North America’s oldest continuously operating agricultural fair, Windsor is steeped in cultural significance.

Residents enjoy the simplicity of a small-town lifestyle while having access to essential amenities, vibrant businesses, local dining and patios, and a thriving arts scene.  The community’s commitment to preserving its history is evident in its well-maintained historic sites and museums, creating an environment where residents can both appreciate the past and embrace the present.
