Program Manager Security & Adjudicative Support Services - TS/SCI w/FSP

Staff Management: Provide full oversight and monitoring of contractor personnel, ensuring they are qualified and that potential personnel problems are pre-empted.

Active TS/SCI w/ FSP

Experience developing risk management plans and ITIL-based incident reporting systems.

Familiarity with personnel security tools (ex.

Scattered Castles, iSTARS, STARgate, DISS)

Operational Control: Plan, organize, and direct all activities.

Ensure requirements are delivered IAW the Program Management Plan (PMP) with a focus on efficiency, timeliness, and quality.

Program Management Reviews (PMR): Lead monthly PMRs (CDRL-006) to discuss performance, status reports, and contract topics with the COTR and CO.

Delivery Management: Ensure all SOW requirements are delivered in accordance with the Program Management Plan (PMP), prioritizing efficiency, timeliness, and quality.

Cost Control: Maximize cost reduction opportunities and minimize delays between cost incurrence and invoicing (ensuring minimal accrual and accurate billing).

Cost Efficiencies: Actively identify and recommend automated tools, process improvements, or SOP changes that reduce costs or increase efficiency.
