Engineering Manager, Console UI

Experience managing and mentoring a team of front-end or full-stack developers in a product environment

A track record of delivering impactful user-facing features with predictable execution

Strong product and UX instincts, especially when translating complex technical systems into intuitive experiences

Technical fluency in modern frontend architectures and the ability to engage deeply in architectural discussions

Experience defining team direction and roadmaps in partnership with Product and Design

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, security, and platform teams

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $192,000 USD and $278,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $171,000 CAD and $248,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Our approach to remote work

While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part.
