High school diploma or GED equivalent

1+ year(s) related experience; specialized training or certification accepted in lieu of experience( prefered)

Valid driver's license

Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.

Performs general maintenance tasks.

Completes minor carpentry repairs.

Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.
