Service Technician

The salary for this role will range from $31,730 to $57,115 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.

Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives. Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.

This job is responsible for the technical service of medical devices including testing, repair, writing of reports, inventory cycles and cooperation with Sales and R&D.

Warranty and non-warranty repairs based on repair work orders incl.

Monitoring of spare part inventory and initiate the reordering of spare parts process

Participating in inventory cycle counts

Assist Quality Management Representative (QMR) with QM process and incoming complaints

Disinfection of incoming devices
