Responsibilities

As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring their recovery and well-being.

Provide direct patient care under the established plan of care and clinical protocols created by the supervising Physical Therapist.

Monitor patient progress during treatment sessions and report any significant changes or responses to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Assist with patient assessments and participate in gathering data as directed by the Physical Therapist.

Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and colleagues to provide encouragement, education, and updates on treatment progression.

Collaborate with rehabilitation technicians to maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinic environment and support patient flow.
