The Marketing Team

is tasked with articulating the value of Formic’s offering to a diverse audience and driving top of funnel growth. We are creative, organized, flexible, and entrepreneurial. Each week and month looks a bit different as we continue to experiment with new strategies and optimize our approach to existing channels. Our team is a perfect fit for those looking to work on a range of projects as a member of a team driven by a singular mission: help Formic grow.

Formic’s SDRs are the first line of action to help us uncover valuable prospects as well as inform and engage those interested in us already. They work closely with both Marketing and Sales team members to identify prospects, generate interest, and build pipeline growth. They work on a hybrid schedule (3+ days/week) in our Headquarters office in Woodridge, IL. As an early member of our scaling SDR team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly impact Formic’s growth and accelerate your career.
