Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of nationwide litigation and arbitration matters—from case intake through final resolution—spanning single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, regulatory investigations, and securities claims.
Develop and execute strategic, cost-effective case plans that balance insourced work with outside counsel engagement; draft key pleadings, discovery, and briefs where appropriate, and provide real-time guidance to business stakeholders.
Select, supervise, and evaluate outside counsel; drive alignment on strategy, budget, and performance while ensuring consistent, business-focused advice.
Monitor litigation trends, emerging regulations, and industry developments; translate learnings into proactive risk-mitigation and process-improvement recommendations for senior leadership.
Intake, analyze, and respond to questions from internal business units on a daily basis that touch on the company’s litigation or dispute risk profile.
