Responsibilities

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to own shipping, receiving, and inventory control across multiple internal locations. As our sole logistics specialist, you will ensure materials are received accurately, documented correctly, and available when needed—while building the process rigor we need for ISO9001 readiness. Operating across our facilities at 3 Gill Street and 45 Industrial Parkway, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, quality-driven environment and can balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement. You will work closely with Manufacturing, Operations, and broader Supply Chain teams to keep materials flowing and our growing organization running smoothly. This is a 6-month contract engagement with a high likelihood of converting to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

In the first 3 months you'll

Learn VEIR’s receiving and inventory workflows, including dual-system documentation in Katana and Procurify, and establish a baseline understanding of current processes.

Take ownership of daily shipping and receiving operations across both sites—performing initial inspections, processing documentation, and ensuring timely dock-to-stock flow.

Execute regular cycle counts and begin reconciling discrepancies to establish a reliable inventory accuracy baseline.

Ensure all receiving areas at 3 Gill and 45 Industrial Parkway are clean, organized, labeled, and compliant with VEIR’s material handling standards.
