Training Coordinator

Active TS-SCI Clearance.

Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or, dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools.

Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.

Knowledge in ESRI ArcGIS or other geospatial analytical tools to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization.

SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer.

The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.

Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.

Submit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.

Review deliverables for quality and completeness post-event.
