Requirements
2 to 5 years of quality control or receiving inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; knowledge of GD&T and quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, API, or similar) preferred.
Proficient in inspection methods, measurement tools, and ERP/QMS systems.
Understanding of inspection workflows (assembly/electrical/welding) to validate completeness.
Responsibilities
Incoming Inspection and Verification
Perform inspections of incoming materials, components, and assemblies against engineering drawings, specifications, and purchase requirements.
Verify dimensional, visual, and functional compliance using appropriate inspection tools.
Review certificates of conformance (CoCs), material test reports (MTRs), and Supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Identify nonconforming materials and initiate containment actions.
