Compensation & Benefits

Amae Health is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base salary range for this role is $165,000 - $225,000 per year and will be adjusted to market cost and the compensation package may include equity based on the role. Total compensation includes comprehensive medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and programs built around employee well-being. We’ll share specifics during the interview process.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve day-to-day care delivery — new market launches, care model design, referral conversion and operational scalability

Build and implement

market playbooks, workflows, and performance frameworks

that enable consistent execution across locations.

Use data and frontline feedback to identify bottlenecks, then build and drive improvement initiatives with clear owners and measurable outcomes

Lead cross-functional workstreams across clinical, ops, and product — managing alignment, communication, and rollout
