Responsibilities
As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion.
Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating treatment plans, coordinating appointments, assisting patients with financial arrangements, and ensuring a positive and stress-free experience for our valued patients.
Engage with patients to explain treatment options, answer questions, and address concerns in a clear and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with the dental team to create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
Schedule appointments for treatments, consultations, and follow-up visits, taking into consideration the patient's availability and the clinic's schedule.
Assist patients in understanding and navigating insurance coverage and financial obligations, providing accurate cost estimates, and exploring payment options.
