This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.  Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location. Own and drive business development for Medical Communications across the U.S.

and global markets, with accountability for top-line revenue growth

Identify, shape, and convert high-value opportunities across PME, medical affairs, publications, and integrated scientific communications

Build and execute scalable growth strategies, including expansion into new geographies, therapy areas, and client segments

Lead and influence complex, high-value RFPs and strategic pursuits, ensuring compelling, differentiated positioning

Leverage deep industry expertise and network to proactively originate opportunities and build senior-level client relationships

SVP, Business Development

to lead and scale our U.S. and global

Medical Communications

business. This role requires a tenured industry leader with deep expertise in medical communications across promotional medical education and medical affairs, and a proven track record of building client relationships that translate into meaningful, sustained revenue growth.

As our Medical capability continues to expand globally, this leader will play a critical role in shaping and executing our growth strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and elevating our presence across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences clients. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct impact on revenue, market positioning, and long-term business performance.
