Recruitment Business Planning Associate

Assist in planning and executing effective sales strategies to recruit, retain and manage sponsor partnerships to achieve established collection goals.

Assist in vetting potential sponsor leads and educating sponsors in organizational requirements.

Provide coverage and support for sales team as needed.

Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, customer maintenance techniques, negotiation skills, strategic planning, and the ability to support implementation of programs is preferred.
