You have 7+ years of Recruiting experience with a track record of attracting and hiring A+ players.

Experience recruiting for a variety of different functions, such as GTM, Engineering, Product, or Operations.

You are aligned with Kalepa’s unique culture and are excited to evangelize it with candidates.

You have experience owning recruitment end-to-end and a track record of strong results

You have previous experience at a high-growth SaaS company and know what it takes to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You are analytical and use key recruiting metrics to inform your strategies and tactics.

Full-cycle Recruitment

: Own the full recruitment life cycle across all our teams globally, including Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations.

Strategy + Execution

: Act as a strategic partner to company leaders and hiring managers, followed by strong execution, ensuring that all hiring goals are met in a timely manner with top-tier candidates.

Candidate Sourcing

: Use creative sourcing strategies to constantly attract a high volume of top-quality candidates.
