Requirements
Five or more years of experience in a software operations, technical program coordination, IT operations, developer experience, or similar role supporting an engineering team.
Much of this role is written coordination across engineers, support, vendors, and finance.
Comfort with the tools of a modern software organization: Jira or a similar tracker, GitHub, Slack, SaaS admin consoles, cloud IAM basics, and on-call schedulers like PagerDuty.
