Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP certification) is desired.

At least 14 years of experience in program/project management, with multiple SAP and APS system implementations. Other combinations of education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience leading large and complex initiatives, including development of detailed timelines, milestone creation, and resource requirements to ensure timeline execution and delivery.

In-depth knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP S/4HANA and integration techniques.

Experience implementing APS systems (OMP experience is desired).

Experience delivering large scale SAP projects.

$270,000 - $316,000 (SF Bay Area). Salary ranges for non-California locations may vary.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute SAP and OMP implementations and subsequent projects ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.

Deep experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates.

Vendor collaboration, budget planning, preparing for and facilitating steering committee meetings.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impact on project outcomes.

Implement change management processes for SAP and APS to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes. In addition, develop support for tracking GxP and SOX related changes.

Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, and implement corrective actions as needed.
