Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, ora related field.

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.

4+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a role providing direct HR support to leaders and employees.

Broad HR experience including employee relations, investigations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, leave administration, and coaching.

Experience supporting hourly or production-based workforces in fast-paced or high-growth environments strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00
