Requirements
A strong sense of customer empathy
A background that combines business experience, sales experience and technical acumen.
Knowledge of web services, APIs, and related standards such as HTTP and REST.
Knowledge of mobile and web application architecture specific to interfacing with API platforms
Nice to have: Credit, Payments & Identity verification experience
Compensation & Benefits
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position ranges from $128,592/year to $201,600/year encompassing all zones. The target OTE will vary based on the job's location.
Our geographic zones are as follows:
Zone 1 - San Francisco / New York City / Seattle
Zone 2 - Los Angeles / Washington DC / Austin / Boston / Sacramento / San Diego
Zone 3 - Atlanta / Portland / Chicago / Philadelphia / Denver / Miami / Dallas / Raleigh
Zone 4 - All other US cities
Responsibilities
Serve as the lead technical product lead for SMB accounts throughout the sales process
Partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Plaid can solve their problems, address their use cases and meet their technical requirements.
You’ll design solutions and share best practices throughout the sales process.
Work with our engineering, product and design teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights.
