Responsibilities

Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for an Analyst, Contract Administration to join our growing team! The Analyst, Contract Administration oversees the full lifecycle of legal and financial agreements to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, and support organizational objectives. This role ensures that all contracts are sound, enforceable, and aligned with company goals while fostering strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.

As Analyst, Contract Administration your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the creation, reviewing, and management of contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards

Executing and managing contracts to ensure terms are fulfilled as intended and deliverables are met

Analyzing contract language to confirm technical viability, legal soundness, and alignment with business objectives

Performing contract redlines and insert language as appropriate
