Senior Director, Corporate FP&A & Forecasting
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus.
● Professional Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and corporate function, ideally at a SaaS or subscription‑based company.
● Technical Experience: Expert-level financial modeling and excel skills, understanding of tools like Adaptive and NetSuite, and a thorough understanding of corporate processes.
● Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex topics to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
● Priority Management: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under time‑sensitive deadlines and ready for multiple iterations.
Compensation & Benefits
USD $240,000 and USD $480,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly analytical, execution‑oriented Senior Director to lead our Corporate Finance function. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive monthly and quarterly close processes, develop global corporate spending assumptions, and deliver CFO- and Board-level financial materials with autonomy and executive partnership. You pay attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture, and can transform complex data into actionable, executive-level insights.
Financial Close & Reporting
● Orchestrate Financial Close: Oversee monthly and quarterly close processes, ensuring timely and accurate consolidation and variance analysis.
● Executive & Board-Level Communications: Synthesize complex financial data into executive-level reporting packages, delivering high-impact P&L commentary and strategic insights for CFO and Board-level reviews across close and forecast cycles.
● Cross-Functional Validation: Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and cross‑functional teams to validate assumptions, results, and improve reporting quality.
Team
You will join the Corporate FP&A team—a tight‑knit, fast‑moving, and deeply collaborative group supporting corporate forecasting and reporting. Our mission is to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic guidance around top‑line performance. You’ll partner closely with our own internal finance teams to deliver insights that drive executive decision‑making. The team is high‑energy, detail‑oriented, and passionate about forecasting and delivering excellence. This role does not require travel; your focus is on driving accurate CFO level reporting and effective AOP plan with high‑quality analysis.
